An East-End Toronto Lounge with a Victorian-Goth Bordello-Chic Design
We offer:
- a vast selection of Craft Beer on Tap and in Bottle
- an array of 1920's inspired cocktail offerings
- Top shelf Tequilas, Bourbons, Scotches & Vodkas
- music, music, music... you never know who you'll hear
The craft beer sounds promising. Not sure about the "Victorian-Goth Bordello-Chic" - whatever that is.
Says it's opening in August near Greenwood station. |

Interesting. I did a placement in that area back in Teacher's College, and seems like an odd place for bar like this (though, it may have changed in 8 years) _________________ "What can you say about Pabst Blue Ribbon that Dennis Hopper hasn’t screamed in the middle of an ether binge?" - Jordan St. John |

It's picking up. Morgan's opened recently and of course The Only is nearby. And Red Rocket (coffee) moved up from Queen E. |

if i were opening up a bar/restaurant in Toronto and was looking at 10 year growth, then East Danforth would be high on my list. i think that will be a big area in 5-10 years. especially if they decide to build a relief TTC subway line at Pape.
oh, and that bar concept is laughable in so many ways. it looks like a train wreck waiting to happen. pasta-eating goths? |

Anyone been yet?
My wife and I are looking for somewhere to go before seeing a show Saturday night. She was intrigued by the description of Victorian-Goth Bordello-Chic. Just wondering before we head over there if anyone has checked it out in person. |

I popped in around 5:00 one afternoon. The place looks spiffy. The lady behind the bar was friendly.
The draft list is on the timid side of craft but I was able to get a good pint of Boneshaker. There appeared to be a good selection of bottles and cans in the fridge. I can't vouch for food. |
