The obvious would be Nøgne ø from Grimstad. We did get their Imperial Stout in the LCBO this past winter and there was a private order a while back where I tried their 100, an American Style Barley Wine, although it was their interpretation of a barley wine, great beer. Mikkeller, the Danish gypsy brewer, has done some of his brews out of Nøgne ø, most notably the Beer Geek Breakfast, I'm sure there would be lots of his brews around Norway. I've never tried it, but hunt down Haandbryggeriet, for Belgian, Bavarian and Scandinavian style brews too. They make a traditional Norwegian brew called Norwegian Wood that's a smoked beer with juniper berries. _________________ Malam cerevisiam facieus in cathedram stercoris
