It is the same owner with a reno and name change. They usually have Black Oak, Mad Tom and Steamwhistle, but it is a little heavy on imports for my taste. I stop by 2 or 3 times a month on Mondays, it's a little slow, but that could be the night. I generally enjoy it.

Play Pizzeria in Aurora used to have Beaus, but I haven't been there in a long time. Hungry Brew Hops is opening on Main Street in Newmarket, but has been behind schedule. It looks like it will be geared towards a craft beer crowd.

I bought four beer tickets, but had to leave for the Marlies game with one left over. I just gave it away to the first person who wanted it. The thought of a refund never crossed my mind.

Couldn't ask for a better day! Market Pale Ale and the Boneshaker were nice, but the Porter was excellent. This reminded me of how much I enjoy this event. Will be back for more this summer.

Stopped in Monday after work and had a bottle of Southern Tier IPA and an excellent burger. Staff was friendly and said the new beer lineup was doing well. I'll be stopping again.

As long as breweries are vying for my business and others, I get to have an opinion on the legitimacy of certain awards. Everyone does (please, don't misinterpret my words and claim that I am saying the CBA’s are not legitimate. I’m only saying a couple categories are kind of funny in the larger co...

Aren’t awards supposed to be for excellence? Are you arguing that there should be awards simply based on popularity? If so, Justin Beiber must the best singer that ever lived. I'm pretty sure Bieber has won many Grammy's, Juno's, MTV, Muchmusic... I bet the list is endless. You won't see him nomina...

Just grabbed a 6 at Bayview & St.John in Aurora. Only one left on the shelf, but they said it came in yesterday so I'm sure there is plenty in the back.

The whole concert area was licensed though so it was possible to drink swill while enjoying the music It was nice to be able have a beer and walk around.
