My BC trading partner has sent a lot Four Winds and they almost always impress. They had a rye IPA once that missed the mark, but one bad beer out of five or six is not a bad ratio. They do great things with brett (Juxtapose IPA and their saisons). They're definitely one of my top Canadian breweries.

I'm planning on taking a bottle of Cuvee de Ranke to the in-laws for the Christmas Eve dinner, then Crooked Stave Persica on Christmas Day. They're picking up some Beyond the Pale for me, so I'll mix in that and maybe some Bellwoods I bring.

Didn't look too closely for bottling dates, but all beers have the best before date on the bottle cap - quad is 2020, Black is 2024. Got one of each. The Westy 12 is the 2012 version from the LCBO, while the Dulcis Succubus and Oude Tart are from 2013.
