My brother lives in Indy, and I go there a couple times a year. They have a great craft beer scene. I asked his opinion for a vistor to the city, and below is his reply..... There are lots of places to get good beer in Indy. Twenty Tap in Broad Ripple has 38 taps all devoted to American craft beer, ...

I like pumpkin beer season, but usually the Halloween release has a couple of stouts as well, which I will miss this year. I've mixed pumpkin beer and stout in the past with pleasant results.

I see my local LCBO has started stocking the cans, which I was quite excited about until I saw the price. It is the same price as the 6 pack of bottles, if you work out the price per ml. It is $9.50 cheaper to buy a 2-4 of bottles from TBS than the equivelant (four six packs, or 18 cans) from the LC...

Ill buy this if I ever see it, but the distrobution seemed pretty tight on this one, at least compared to other Trafalger releases I saw some today at the LCBO downtown Waterloo (King & William). I noticed that they changed the bottles and lables on their ESB and Irish Ale too. Looks like they'...

I would suggest Prince Edward County to the east, or Essex county, to the west. Both have great food and wine tradtition and culture, but aren't overrun by toursits on the weekends.

Glad to hear that it wasn't just me, though it's unsettling to think that they have a potential quality issue. I was so dissapointed too, as I really enjoy big stouts and porters.

They stored the Baltic Porter too long I think. I finally got a bottle and opened it the other day. It was sour. Not impressed.

Mikkeller George! Barrel Aged (Bourbon Edition)

Brought to me by a friend visiting from Copenhagen. He paid $17 for the bottle in Denmark, and it was worth every penny!!!

Likely one of the best beers I've ever had. Fantastic!
