Reminds me of a story at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire (one of UK's biggest stately homes). There was an onsite brewery with beer piped into the house. Yes, there is a pile of it at my local LCBO, I think it has been sitting there for approx 3 years now. Look at LCBO.com inventory, there is some out there still.

Tonight, Phillips Ginger Beer. Great stuff, but certainly a hell of a lot of ginger.
Last night, tried Cheshire IPA at Wvrst. Very solid and tasty IPA, went nicely with sausage, but holy crap that place is noisy.

My wife likes Denison's, Hoegaarden, etc. and fruity stuff as well, especially Fruli, and panache/radler (i.e. half beer half lemonade). Not too keen on the hoppy stuff, usually, but was quite taken with Three Floyd's Gumballhead despite that. Will drink Crazy Canuck, but only with editorial comment...
