Finishing up a glass of Panil while smoking a Hemingway Short Story... Two delicious things that have no business being paired together. How did it work? Put the glass aside for 20 minutes and finished the cigar. Seemed to work best, IMO Panil tastes even better when it has lost some of its carbona...

I'm a young guy so I don't have to much aged but: Chimay Grand Reserve (best before 2009) In 2006 Chimay used an old stock of labels from '04 that said expiry '09. That may be a 2006 release you've got, so if you bought it in '06 ignore the '09 expiry the BBD is likely 2011 (five years is Chimay's ...
