Porn Loin is pretty lean so you wont be able to get lots of smoke on it withour drying it out. I've been smoking for quite a while and the fattier the better. so I picked up a couple of bottles, and boy were you folks right...I guess I didn't know what to expect. I thought it would be a double maibock...It's not particularly bad, It's just really muddled...no flavour really comes out. Glad I only bought two bottles.
