I am interested to know (Peter or anyone who knows), how many pounds of whole hops were included per barrel, a barrel being taken at 36 gallons and the hops leaf hops? If leaf hops weren't used, then what were the pounds of pellets? You can add about 20% to each pound to make the equivalence roughl...
