Yes. B-movies and other miscellaneous video on the screen at all times at the Hitch... among other good things. PITSCHFORK Pilsner now available at The Only Cafe. Little less random. Little less little.
Cheers,
Mike

PITSCHFORK Brewing Co. available on tap
Hi all, The journey continues and at long last PITSCHFORK Brewing Co.'s PITSCH PERFECT PILSNER is available to the public. So stoked! Soft launch last week at The Hitch (1216 Queen St East). Reaction so far has been fantastic, plus down two kegs in three days, with two fresh ones delivered today. Mo...

PITSCHFORK Brewing Co.
Hi all, This past February, I decided that I didn't want to die (eventually) having never owned a brewery. So after months of planning and years of talking about planning, the final few pieces are lining up and I'm now a few weeks away from brewing my first large batch (under contract) of PITSCH PER...

Re: The Bar Towel has let me down
Long-delayed post, since I only stumbled on this by accident and noticed my handle being referenced. I met one of the Longslice founders - John Peat - at the Woodbine Beach BBQ fest a few weeks ago. Super nice guy to talk to and great beer too. I enjoyed some of their flagship Hopsta la Vista. As fo...

A dollop of awesomeness would do to help move this along. I'd also accept a knack for making and learning from mistakes. As for discussing everything here, I'd rather not say too much publicly at this point... maybe once I'm closer to launch, which is months away. While I welcome open and honest fee...

Wanted: Partners
Hi all, I'm planning on starting a new brewing operation in the GTA. Given financial constraints and risks, I'm aiming to contract at first, in spite of the limitations to doing so, and to acquire necessary equipment, space, etc. once the concept is proven and volume reaches a point that it makes se...

No offense (or perhaps a small one), but you sound like a MBA. I am, but I didn't think it was that obvious. Haven't sunk any companies yet, but I still have plenty of time ;-) Anyway, thanks for the pointers. I realize most forum members have no interest in swapping business models, but reckon a f...

No specific product that I feel desperately lacking, just an opportunity that's ripening by the day. At the risk of stating what most people already know, from all I can tell, a growing segment of the market is leaning more and more toward locally-brewed craft beers, not unlike budding interest in l...

Thanks for both replies, so far. I have some limited experience home brewing, something I plan to pursue more vigorously in the near-term, regardless of whether a real business comes of it. Have also thought of volunteering or working with a local craft brewery as a logical step to get some much-nee...

Starting a brewery
New to the forum. Long-time fan of beer and the business of brewing. Have been doing some soul-searching and giving some serious thought to starting a small brewery or partnering with an existing one. I don't have a lot of $ and perhaps more importantly, experience in running my own business. Howeve...
