Just home from first ever visit to "Beertown" in Cambridge. A pleasant surprise i.e. better than I expected. Enjoyed (several) alternating pints of Mad Tom & Smashbomb. Okanagan Pale Ale "table pour" was used by a guy at our table - in a small glass to "maximize the pour...

Yesterday enjoyed a day of sampling at a variety of SE Michigan brewpubs, all of whom offered only beer brewed on-site with no take-out options (other than growler fills, which we declined), and only one of which we’d seen before (the Raggedy-Ass). Dragonmead (43 beers on tap!?) : Broken Paddle IPA,...

Thank-you, London! Once again enjoyed an awesome night at Gambrinus; Adil and Milos et al. continue to make this one of the best beer destinations in Ontario. It is always a pleasure to speak with Paul Dickey and each of his Cheshire Valley beer offerings were excellent: Galaxy Pale Ale ESB IPA Robu...

As much as some of the choices surprised me, and didn't represent the votes of some participants on-site, it really was a great night. First time I've attended in person and both Cass and BeerBistro knocked it out of the proverbial park. Would definitely recommend the evening to anyone interested in...

First visit ever to Langdon Hall, in Cambridge for celebration brunch. "5 star" prices, but expectations may have been too high... Highlight was availability of Spearhead's Hawaiian Pale Ale and a Grand River 1898 I hadn't seen before, apparantly blended especially for them (Mill Race &...

An awesome afternoon & well worth the entrance fee (imo). Really enjoyed last year too, although 99 has less character, I’d have to guess this venue was much easier to organize... Met some great craft beer enthusiasts (thanks to Cratez & Jimmay) and had a chance to chat with some of the brew...
