Thanks for the suggestions. Why wouldn't Barhop work for a kid? I've been there once, and it was pretty packed, so my experience may not be applicable for lunchtime (though I also recall it being a bit dingy in general, and the washrooms inconvenient and a bit sketchy). Do you have experience otherw...

Suggest a family-friendly lunch place around Bell-TIFF ...
Heading to digiPlaySpace with the wife and kid tomorrow and wanted to grab lunch somewhere decent and kid-friendly that might have a tap or three. I know barHop is basically right there, but something tells me that's not going to work with a child. Is amsterdam's brewhouse worth checking out? Sugges...

depends why you like the beer, right? the sorachi ace nose is the difference maker. that will fade with time. i also wouldn't be shocked if the beer is not bottle conditioned. not sure if the label says anything about that. i'd drink it within a year for optimal enjoyment. it's not like Dupont wher...

I wasn't impressed with it. It has almost ZERO nose and, although it packed a good bitterness, the flavour profile from the hops was fairly muted. Funny, that's how I feel about witchshark, except it has a nose (that I feel oversells the beer). WitchShark, I feel, is highly overrated and I like boo...

Witchshark was supposed to be released....but apparently did not hold up to the Witchshark flavour profile and will be released as another DIPA. Phantom Limb out now as well. I have never been a huge fan of WS, so I'm curious as to how different the profile is. Boogie Monster, on the other hand, is...

I guess it is all a matter of opinion. A 74% local made brew that I can get fresh off the shelf for a couple of bucks is at least as valuable to me as a 90% rarity that I must make a big effort to procure and pay double for. False dichotomy. What about the 90's made in Ontario that can be sourced w...

Considering they're better than any Ontario brewery I guess that's an indicator of just how far behind this province still is in the craft game. HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA whatever. Truth hurts, I know, so I forgive your sarcastic, all caps laugh. Troll's obvious, so forgive me if I ignore everything el...
