LCBO uses a grain starch based peanut; they are basically a flavourless cheesie.instantkamera wrote:Toss them in the compost and spray them down with water - watch them melt away.

Yeah in-store were given a glass, but I suspect the online/phone orders will be exactly like the last time(s) and you will have to email Moosehead (SA's Canadian distributor) to get a glass (unlike the US, the bottle wont come with a voucher).

Re: Samuel Adams Utopia 2015
Anyone know how long it lasted on Friday? By release time there were MAYBE 40-50 folks lined up, and by the time ~5pm rolled around the line was done, and they were still bringing out cases of Utopias (and were allowing people to purchase multiples).

lies. you inevitably buy his stuff that's at the LCBO. Well, this is the Private Order sub, so it's kind of implied that we might be talking about that. Just because Rogers owns all the infrastructure doesn't mean I have to do business directly with them. Secondly, there are people here (some of wh...

Why are you posting here. Why *shouldn't* he be? If you are worried he's besmirching your name, don't. You just did way worse than he ever could have. You even had people in here supporting you; it was the perfect setup to demonstrate, publicly, your professionalism and respect for your clients. Yo...

I had asked about a pre-Christmas release but everything was iffy and was told more like February.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Be careful when buying the Stone box, at least at Dundas and Dovercourt. It scans in as 3 whole boxes, so they need to manually enter in. I was shocked at first as I wasn't paying attention and was charged $130 for the box and some tallcans. It's quite obvious something was wrong, but if you aren't...

From: Greg Avola (Support staff)
Hi all,
Sorry for the long delay - we have heard from the brewer and they confirmed
that the beers should be listed differently, because they are new beers.
The merges have been reversed on both beers. Sorry about that!

Re: Coming Soon to the LCBO
Personally, I'd like to see a few more "flagship" stores in the province. As would I. i don't think its fair to the rest of the province that only those in Toronto are lucky enough to get anything. That's just supply and demand. It still costs them money to move stock around, have it sit ...

I'm curious about Muskoka's Winter Beard vintages. I've been putting one away for safe keeping each year and now I've got one from the past three releases: - Muskoka Winter Beard 2012 vintage (released in 2013) - Muskoka Winter Beard 2013 vintage (released in 2014) - Muskoka Winter Beard 2014 vinta...

RE: BCBS Vanilla Rye So for those who lined up for Westy, what is a realistic time to be among the first 100? If I recall, the takeaways from the Westy release were: - It was beyond hyped everywhere (newsprint, TV), not just locally, but in the US as well. - There was a lot more notice for that rel...
