ISO spots in Salzburg

So I'm pretty sure I'm going to Salzburg for at least a couple days in August.
Anyone been there? Any must-visit bars or breweries?

Re: Zwanze Day 2015

Minutes is waaaay longer than tickets lasted. I had multiple people sitting there just hitting refresh and didn't manage to get a ticket. But then I waited in line and got in when ticketed people were leaving. I just missed out on the Zwanze, but I did get to have like 5 different Cantillon's that ...

Apparently it's even available in Newfoundland, which is certainly a longer drive than 5-6 hours from Cooperstown

Re: Goose Island Migration Week - May 26-29

What I really wanted to ask is what it would take to occasionally get some of their interesting beers to rotate through Ontario. Matilda and Sofie make appearances at the LCBO fairly often. I think I've seen them on tap once or twice, but not sure. Given that they already have a strong distribution...

The Jays' site only mentions Honkers Ale and the IPA:

They told Ben Johnson on Twitter that they'll be available at Sections 131, 522, and the Westjet area on the 200 level.

I've always been curious to try this one... Troy Burtch ‏@troyBurtch 36m36 minutes ago This just went into the #GLBretail fridge! Sweet Zombie Jesus! (Peanut Butter Milk Stout) $9.95 only 60 bottles! I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this at the GLB/Amsterdam tap takeover at Barhop last...

Rodenbach: TORONTO-CENTRAL 2 COOPER STREET QUEENS QUAY & YONGE 416-864-6777 Feb 4, 2015 916 Just picked some up there. I was feeling pretty  when I saw the tag on the shelf and nothing there, but then I was :D when I happened upon them on my way out. They were a little tucked away (if you'...

I'm super confused. Is there a reason why it looks like 80% of the beers say Session #1? I figured at least where Session #2 selling out first, the supply would be around the same.....I've only been going since 2012, and I admittedly haven't gone back to the previous years' schedules, but I don't se...

Parallel 49 Snap Crackle Pop Imperial Rice IPA showed up at my local this week. Case was dated Exx14, (can't remember what the xx's were, but they were in the 10-20 range), indicating that they were bottled back in May. Avoiding like the plague. I admit I don't really know what a rice IPA should lo...

The plus funky brews is bottles...last year they had a bottle pour station as well as the taps. Was great to try things I couldn't normally afford whole bottles of. Anyone stressing about tickets, I would just line up for the doors at 7. Last year there was plenty left when they opened to the publi...

I thought I saw somewhere that they'd be serving special dishes from Volo's own kitchen, but I may have dreamt that.....

Also, the initial announcement from Volo (before tickets went on sale) said they'd have something from Dieu du Ciel, but I don't see them on that list

I felt lucky enough when I got tickets today because of the short time it took last year, but after Volo tweeted it only took 20 seconds, I REALLY had to count my lucky stars. I'm especially curious to see what Muskoka is bringing. One of their brewers was on the OCB podcast a few months ago and sai...
