Nice to know you can still find some Unibroue on tap around town!
I really like the "C'est nest pas la Fin du Monde" beer they brought out a handful of years ago now.
Never did get around to trying their Black Forest cake beer...maybe we'll get lucky with that one showing up at Godspeed.

Re: Any new beers at Rogers Centre this year?
From user drrdf, via Reddit. Craft: Henderson Golden Ale and Bellwoods Jelly King. Pseudo-Craft: Mill Street Organic and IPA All priced at $14 . Personally, I'd bring my own non-alcoholic drink and get something better after the game. Funny you mention about bringing in your own NA beer. I did that...

Re: Any new beers at Rogers Centre this year?
I haven't been to, a'hem, the SkyDome in probably a few years now. Very much looking forward to seeing a good beer selection. Do I need to up the limit on my credit card first? :D LOL, I also had to stop and think for a minute to remember what the 'Rogers Centre' is. That building will never not be...

Re: Godspeed - Je Me Souviens
Definitely curious to see what they'll bring in. The mix packs are always a treat. They have some newer brews I haven't had like P'tite Maudite. For $5 I used to get 20oz pours of Trois Pistoles at a hostel in Tadoussac...plenty of fun, but fuzzy, memories from those trips. ***Can't share too much ...

Any new beers at Rogers Centre this year?
Last year there was Jelly King, Jutsu, Boneshaker, Rush Golden Ale, Blood Brothers White Lies... I've been seeing ads for some Double Hopped Bud Lime...so I guess that will be new, lol. Last year when I went I found the best place to grab beers was the self serve / grab and go credit card spot as th...

Picked up the newest non-alcoholic offerings in Toronto yesterday. An IPA and a Sour from Mascot Brewery called "Stuntin'".

Re:  Red Herring
Am I the only one who thinks the beer name is smart? Anyone who does have serious allergies will be cautious with a beer named Epi-Pen to make sure it doesn't contain ingredients they are allergic to. If it was named something generic like Happy Bear the risk of someone inadvertently buying it could...

Re: Is lining up for beer releases a thing of the past?
Good point about Hill Farmstead, I haven't been there in many years...last time I went down to Vermont I skipped them. I guess because....SO many options out there as also mentioned. I love Treehouse beers, and last time I went to their main spot it was easy in and out, with virtually no waiting for...

Is lining up for beer releases a thing of the past?
When was the last time you stood in line waiting for a beer release? With online orders possible almost everywhere now, it seems this old tradition is a thing of the past. For me it was probably one of the Goose Island BCBS releases. I used to line up for Double Tempest Day, but was out of the count...

Cask-in-a-Box
I've ordered the 4L cask boxes from Granite many times, usually in the summer. The Best Bitter and Hopping Mad are both great in these. Pretty sure only Volo and Granite have them. (Neither have any in stock right now.) Am I overlooking anyone else who might have cask beers that they'd be filling in...

Re: Down to my last bottle of Boon Gueuze
Too funny. Not sure who the importer of Boon is. LCBO had the Kriek not long ago, so might be able to track down that way...? Vitriol in Quebec brings in Boon. Off-ish topic...had a 40 year old beer once (not a lambic). It was actually quite enjoyable. Hmm, probably posted about it on here back in t...

Re: Nickel Brook Brewing
I used to drink more Nickel Brook as well. I'd mostly go to stock up on their root beer, and then grab a mix of some other stuff that was available at the time. The Kentucky Bastard would always draw me in too. I don't really get excited by their newer offerings, and their overall branding now. Oh w...

Re: Non-Alcoholic Beer
The two best NA brews I've had recently were both Red Ales.
One from Toolshed in Alberta, one from Brasseur de Montreal.
Just another one of those styles that seems to work better than others in NA form. (To me at least)
