Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

So while there are undoubtedly several shitty aspects to the story - the fact that the AGCO initially approved it and then reneged; the fact that some other shitheel brewery complained; and the fact that a worthy charity is suffering because of it - I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this ends up ...

I posted this in the other thread about it.. Considering the model would only benefit small breweries in the long run, and encourage them to take such initiatives themselves, is there really any debate over who it was? It most certainly wasn't an Ontario brewery in my mind, but a certain collection ...

Plus the idea of grabbing Growlers of even Lugtread is more economical that the 4packs in the LCBO (I think, I stink at math) I suppose this applie...

He told me that back in the bad economic times in quebec, wine was considered the "successful" persons drink, and beer was considered white collar, poor mans drink. I think you mean blue collar. I would guess more Labatt Bleu is consumed in Quebec than any other province in the country Yo...

I recently talked to a brewer in Quebec, and although there is no doubt there is great beer and great micros in Quebec, he told me it's NOT because of the average Quebequers palate. Other than a brew pub, how many quebec bars can you count that carry Charlevoix, or hopfenstark on tap? just as a quic...

Last time I was at the brewery for a tour, some of the Sticke Alt, was aging in bourbon barells, as was the Bogfather, and I think the Belgian Stout. No idea when these are gonna be available though.

Darker base malt? munich maybe? still good, better in the growler I had from the brewery than the bottles I got at the LCBO, but the dates on them suggested they had sat for a week or two, maybe not a good thi...
