I don't think the UofT GSU pub has any cask ale these days. Their usual lineup is:
Granite Bitter
GSU lager
and two others that drinking the bitter seems to have made me forget.

There are a TON of great beers in the U.S. as well that are unavailable to us here.
Fat Tire ale, New Belgium Brewing. Ft. Collins Co. USA.
More Dogfish head is always good.
More Rogue beers -- good seasonal options.

Betty's on king east has it on tap. They actually have a decent tap selection IMNSHO.
I do drink a bit of it.

Betty's also has a bitter on tap that I like. Ah, now I remember, Fullers ESB.

In your belly :)

Seriously, just wrap each bottle in a T shirt and you'll be fine to check it.
Don't just chuck the case o beer in without packing the bottles. I had to wash everything after I tried a case of Fat tire ale that way.

Bellhaven Blueberry

Definite looser.
The smell of blueberry is there at the start, but the beer is too sweet.
My opinion is don't accept this, even if it's free.

Without really knowing what I'm talking about, I think I'd have brought the hops back to 60 min, 30min, and 15 min.
The first whif of hops is overbearing ?
Does that make sense, or am I moving them the wrong direction?

I've got about 17 of the 16oz EZ cap bottles that I'll sell you for 15 bucks. A couple of them still have homebrew in them :D Thanks! The brew in them is good. Hoppy at first, then mild and sweet, then a good aftertaste. I'm not sure I'd make it quite so sweet, but I'm not entirely sure what you we...

Mediawiki

Media Wiki is my preference.
see examples at : www.heinous.org or www.wikipedia.com

I'm a geek, but i've found installing mediawiki up to be very easy (find the How-to for your OS, and follow it).

In fact, depending on how your server is setup, I could probably help you do it.

EZ-CAP bottles (Grolsh style tops)

I am interested in some of the 2 Liter EZ-CAP bottles. I'm finding that they are hard to find, and shipping is expensive. One case of 12 is $USD 30 + $USD 30 shipping from midwest homebrewing. If anyone has a line on how to buy them, please let me know. If anyone is interested in going in on an orde...

For Cloudy, try this article from Brew your Own: http://www.byo.com/feature/508.html Also, let the brew sit and condition longer. Often some of the cloudiness is just yeast that has not settled to the bottom yet. My first attempt at brewing was from a kit, and bottled. The results were undrinkable. ...
