Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

I go to the same rental cottage each year. I need to drink out of some sort of beer vessel, so rather than risk breaking a glass or two in transit or on site, I take my indestructible Paulaner stein. Wheat beer, pilsner, dark ale, stout - everything tastes good in it.

Korbinian was the best beer I ever bought - years ago - at Premier. When I was there in October I asked the guys about it and they didn't know what I was talking about.

I wonder if B Barons will be bringing it in here? Guess I'll have to ask while asking about glasses.

Early last summer when the last branded wheat beer glass was stolen Allen's took to serving the Barvarian delight in scratched up nonicks. That's not a good combination.

Yeah some bars will sell you a glass(or you could just take it ;)...)... I know you're kidding, but please don't steal glasses. One of the pleasures of a good pub or bar is beer served in the correct glass. Theft will just inform the bar owner that proper glassware is more trouble than it's worth. ...

Well that's gross.

Here are some pics from an actual Corona shoot just south of Playa del Carmen.

Corona commercial in Paamul

The interesting thing is that they dumped the Corona and filled the bottles with Modelo because Corona's too light for film.

I was in Buffalo last week to take my wife shopping. We arrived at the Peace Bridge at 11 am and made it across in about 45 minutes. We came back at 5:30 pm and I was surprised to find the wait time like it was in the old days - it took us less than 5 minutes to go through. I declared the $200 in re...

I just want to thank you, Pootz, for the tip about the Castle. I went last week and sampled from the Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest, Mill Race Mild, Fuller's London Pride, and Warsteiner Dunkel.

Next time I go it'll be an all-weiss exerience.

The schnitzel was first-rate too.
