Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

I was lucky enough to grab a 4 pack of KBS (at $7/bottle) from Masonville in London earlier in the week and I just finally got a chance to open one up and I must say I am VERY impressed by this beer. I have a friend in Michigan who has hooked me up with KBS in the past and although it has always bee...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Picked up a can of the Collective Arts limited release Imperial IPA at Masonville in London today. I thought this was going to be a brewery release only so I was quite excited when I saw it. It's fairly pricey at $5.95 a can but I must admit it's drinking very nicely right now. I may even go back fo...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

I noticed the other day that there seems to be a fresh shipment of Fat Tug IPA and that they've started using a best before date rather than a bottling date. This batch has a best before date of April 2017 so I'm not sure when it was bottled. October might seem like a reasonable assumption as that w...

Re: Which LCBO Beers Do You Miss The Most?

FYI, http://www.truebeer.com/ has a pretty good selection of Belgian beer glasses including most of the Trappist beer glasses. Fairly reasonably priced and they ship to Canada too.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Stumbled upon some Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA in London today at the Beer Store in Masonville while returning some empties. Best before date on the bottles is 05/30/16 which according to the statement below that I found in a thread on beeradvocate from Sept of this year means it was likely bottled a...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Lake Effect cans now listed under #445577, no stock showing... FYI I picked up a few cans yesterday at the Gammage St. store here in London... apparently they received them over a week ago but were unable to get them out onto the floor until a product listing was created which was apparently done y...
