Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Re: Beer in Grocery Stores

The freshness is better at the LCBO ime. And much better in terms of new offerings.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

There's some nice beers on sale till Feb 2. I picked up some Fat Tug at 30¢ off (BB April 4). Also Marston's 61, Fuller's Porter, Czechvar Dark. Thanks, Marston's is one of the best values in Ontario at regular price (2.50), a crazy steal at 30 cents off. Kind of seems like they are getting discont...

Re: General LCBO Debate & Discussion Thread

That's cool, prices appear to be off though. That's true- when I made it I was never concerned with the exact prices, I really wanted to know what was in stock. The prices listed right now are what the products first listed at on lcbo.com. When I get around to updating I'll make it re-scrape pricin...

Re: General LCBO Debate & Discussion Thread

That's cool, prices appear to be off though. there are a couple bugs on the site that i'm sure will get fixed eventually. caskhunter and LCBOWatch both have the same ABV sorting bug (anything over 9.9% gets sorted on the bottom or top). LCBOWatch doesn't even let you sort by price. another third pa...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

it’s getting harder and harder to find these West Coast leaning beauties(that made me fall in love with IPA’S) in a sea of haze-on haze- on haze. Isn’t this the truth! I think Lone Pine is the only thing I can find that’s WC and fresh. Octopus Wants to Fight was in that wheelhouse too, but it’s bee...

Thanks for the info, that's at least $10 too much for me. I checked them all on untappd for the hell of it and it's a whole lot of mediocre (other than Shaggin' Wagon).

So IPA 11 is a lactose IPA, no clue about #10.

Re: North American Craft

It's not really a NEIPA, but it's definitely a lot better than most similarly priced beers at the LCBO/Beer Store imo. GLB Canuck is better at a lower price so yeah, no need to rebuy it, but I've had a lot worse very often.
