Grain Process Enteriprises out in Scarborough does sell soft white wheat berries according to their product list. I have some Raw Wheat from G&P that I confirmed is Ontario Soft White wheat. If you are interested I can get some to you, depending on how much you need. Think I have 12 kg or so. C...

I had a chance to go last year. It was a great time. I would recommend it to anyone willing to make the drive. It was a great way to sample some Quebec and Belgian brews that are hard to get.
