I believe not doing a full boil may be a contributing factor as well. I just tried dryhopping in a keg and that works great for aroma.

I have always had problems with loosing suction and airbubles when racking with a regular racking cane so i got an autosyphon i tried it yesterday and i love it. I would think that overtime you would just need to replace the o ring.

I wish it was a closer drive for me for convenience, but the $12 shipping is cheaper than gas though. I will have to stop by there sometime and get a #50 sack and stock up on some stuff to offset the gas cost :D

I just went over today, finally got to try some pumpkin ale. I picked up a 6 of smuttynose pumpkin and a 22oz of pumpking but there at least a half dozen different pumpkin beers over there right now. Also tons of octoberfest. I also grabbed a mixed 12 from Ithica brewery. As usual I paid no duty.
