you're right about ethyl carbamate (urethane), yes, it occurs with fermentation. the most difficult things to keep it under control with are old barrel aged bourbons, sherries (i.e. fermented products that are then heated, baked, distilled) and so forth - with which we have had trouble with the LCBO...

Funny that such a boarish anti-vegetable rant comes from a person with a moniker that is "Rabbit" -- as for Bulba -- well, no comment ... I'm already mad at him -- or her.

certainly not on the "general" list but check "vintages" (look at the monthly releases) and certainly check their larger more exclusive "classics" catalogue too. for in-store, go to queens quay or, ultimately, the summerhill store probably for the best collection. and - yes -- virtually EVERYTHING y...

I don't think anyone else even MAKES pineapple ... banana ... lemon ... lambics so -- how could you compare.

Call them "fun" lambics ... but they're still lambics. Wretched - in your opinion - as they may be.

FYI ... we (agents/suppliers) DO pay for shelf space and positioning (not EVERYTHING in the store but everything that you see placed prominently).
