If you just want to remember Ultimate Warrior the way you remember him in your head, then don't click on this link.

Many crazy Warrior 'clips' of him talking crazy-crazy, and WWF super-stars commenting on how crazy he is/was.

Ya, I wish I had the time/energy to get into AG brewing. But for now my schedule works very well with the 4 hours it takes to make an extract w/ grains. I dunno why, but India Brown Ale is something I'm enjoying quite a lot. The dark colour, the malt flavour, and the hops... it's what I'm looking fo...

Probably gonna tie coloured ribbon/streamers around the neck of the bottle (a la Ultimate Warrior's ribbon around the biceps) and do up a killer label for the beer too. April 1, 1990 Toronto, Canada. At the SkyDome The Ultimate Warrior pinned Hulk Hogan for a three count to win the WWF World Champio...

The Ultimate Warrior India Brown Ale - Homebrewed by Me.

I'm pretty proud of this brew, and just wanted people to know that it existed. And I'm pretty geeked about the "Ultimate Warrior" reference because late 80's early 90's WWF was the bomb! My buddy and I had 2 oz. of Vacuum packed whole leaf Warrior hops, 16.7 % A.A. and decided we needed to...

That Raspberry Pils was a let down for me. Not the amount of berry flavour I'd prefer. I heard they served it for an event with real raspberries mixed in it, as a one-off. I bet that would have been fantastic! What I REALLY wish is for some OCB to make a raspberry beer that rivals Morte Subite Framb...

In case anyone was interested the Guinness beer battered halibut was the unanimous winner over the Smithwicks beer battered halibut. Their appearance was interesting the Guinness batter made it look more golden brown due to the dark beer in the batter, so even though they were cooked for the same am...

It's not just steaks that taste better with a light flame kiss!

Boiling over is a homebrewing "right of passage", consider yourself older and wiser now! Setting the stove on fire is not necessary, but adds excellent atmospheric effect, and aroma!

- BarVolo realizes there is a greater demand for beer in London, ON, than Toronto; pack up their bags and open up shop in a brand new facility in London's bustling north-west region. Amusing thought. The part about London having more demand may be true. I figure I got a 50/50 shot at it... either i...
