Popped in last night. Nice, concise 12 tap list covering good local options (Twice as Mad Tom, RPA, Watermelon Wheat, etc...) Food was delicious, simple southwestern grub in good size portions. Had the pulled chicken sloppy joe with a smoked corn relish, which was delightfully smoky and had some war...

On this humid night:

Upright Brewing Flora Rustica, every time I have this I wish it were available more easily, one of the best saisons out there

Founders Centennial

Homebrewed old ale, that keeps reminding me of Great Lakes 999, a tasty little treat.

I remember buying a 750ml bottle of the Schaerbeekse Kriek in Buffalo, back when things like that were available there, for around $35 - I imagine that this would be about right for what we would see here. So, to echo I guess, if it's $15 it's likely the 375ml. Regardless, great news! I love the geu...

Maybe larger format, I think the Summer Saison has new packaging (650ml) out of the brewery. I hope not. I don't like the fact that everythign seems to be moving to bombers. Do the breweries make more selling bombers? I wanted to get a bottle of Amsterdam Framboise, $11.95 for a bomber is too much ...

I'm sorry but I find all these collaborations with musicians\celebrities and local DJ's (?) so gimmicky. Focus on the beer and not what celebrity wants to throw their name on a label. I think it's great personally. I imagine that it would help bring more exposure to craft beer, more exposure could ...

Just came back from a week in Victoria and thought I would add the Hoyne name to the list you should try when you see. Had three of their offerings, all very nice. Wasn't as impressed with Parallel 49 but they were all decent. And, as always, Driftwood is near the top of the pack, love what they do.

Was at Manulife at 10:00, woman wouldn't touch the skids for me. Went over to Atrium & snagged three (didn't grab them all!). Thought I was going to miss this release (at the airport as I type), but happy to know they're waiting for me when I return! Ontario is changing, this release wouldn't ha...

I've got the OBK 9gal and I'm happy with it, it's got what I need (maybe minus the sight glass). Though those Blichmanns are pretty sweet set-ups and if money is not the issue, they're known as the best around.
