Went to the merchant ale house in st catharines tonight with a friend and was loving the dry hopped ipa on cask....had 5 pints....and wish i had the stomach for more...Was superb with a great citrus with just a touch of piney taste follwed by a sweet caramel flavour. Very balanced and delicous..anyo...

yeah its terrible stuff. Saw it on tap at corks in notl and thought id give it a try. The waitor told me it was a bitter and he thought it was good. Upon getting it i was saddened by the no2 and lack of any flavor. Ill never try that stuff again.

homebrewed apple ale with sazz hops. Very nice its been sitting for about a 2 months now and every pint gets better.

If you like hoppy beers i would definetly search out the liberty ale. Its great stuff i found a case at a store near me using drinkvine and bought the what they had in stock.

I agree with the r/o or spring water. it is all i have ever used, and its like a $2.50 average you pay for 5 gallons. Well worth it I think.

right now i am making a ipa. Its 7 lbs extra light dme amd 1lb crystal 40 stepped. Than add 1oz sorachi ace at 60min. .5oz cluster and .5oz sterling at 15 and same amount cluster and sterling at 5min. right now i am drinking a camerons nut brown...up next brutal bitter and dfh 90min pale ale

drinking a cider with a little malt and hops. I added 2lbs light dme and steeped 10 ounces 60l crystal malt. Also added 1/2 ounce sazz hops for 40 min boil. Turned out pretty good. Definetly getting better the longer it sits. I has been a month since bottling and just now i am enjoying it fully.
