Re: Radical Road Brewery

Granite brewery has been around for ages, but they always seemed to have a small setup to me? How would their size compare to say Radical Road? I've been to Half Hours on Earth, and they're in an industrial building, with plenty of space for expansion...so I doubt they have to worry....if they keep...

this has finally made its way to ontario - at TBS Not Your Fathers Root Beer 6 × Bottle 355 ml Price: $16.95 I love this stuff. So much better than the other offerings in the province. I agree it is better than the handful of other regularly available options in Ontario. Surprisingly, Mad Jack by M...

I've ordered a case from him, 3x4 different beers. All were fantastic. The yalla yalla citra and Nelson were fantastic, lullaby and barrel fermented bees! also great. I highly recommend. Believe the hype.

Re: Detroit

I love the Ann Arbor brewpub. The food is great. The bottle shop has always been good there, but if you're in the area you might as well visit the brewery in Dexter. I haven't visited the new location, but the old one had less of a retail shop than the brewpub.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Every other beer they have released was in 750ml bottles. Perhaps this is a typo?

I went with some friends, good times were had by all. No surprises from the breweries, but great weather and a decent crowd.

Re: puzzy

You're joking but kind of on the right track as sampling it for customers in the store would go a long way. They already do it with the more accessible beers like Keith's or Mill St, though I wouldn't presume to know how much choice each LCBO store exercises regarding what they sample in-store. Non...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

... The charm of getting beer through their online store is that, presumably, a lot of it will be new stuff we haven't seen at the LCBO, but who wants to pay $120+ and be stuck with an entire case they don't like? Side note, but can't you order anything from the LCBO by the case and within four wee...

Re: The Exchange Brewery

Went yesterday, tried almost all the beer they had. Almost everything was good. Nothing was mind-blowing, but I would say it was all pretty solid. They now have two BA beers, a Belgian Golden aged in Chardonnay barrel with brett, and an Oud Bruin. Bottles are pricey, but really pretty. It's exactly ...

The game might be "who is distributed by coldhaus". Fewer deliveries make bars happier I'm sure.
