Started with a Oskar Blues Dales Pale Ale, then had another one, then moved on to Lagunitas Maximus IPA..phenominal.

Now trying a Bell's Two Hearted Ale...you gotta America...or at least their brewers.

Checked out the place this week. Pretty stark inside, but packed with people! Beer was really good - tried the Asian Lager, IPA, Stout and Belgian Triple. Glasses are small, put so are the prices for the beer. Not sure what the fuss is all about. If a recall correctly, they were advertised as full a...

I predict that:
1) one of the majors will buy another Ontario craft brewer a la Creemore.
2) Steamwhistle will contemplate making another beer really really well
3) There will be at least three new craft brewers in the GTA with at least one of them having a focus on specialty beers.

While I haven't been lucky enough to try the Ten Yeas Bitter, I was at the brewery maybe two weeks ago (and picked up some Nutcracker), I was told the TYB would be back in the new year - sounds like they are still having problems with their bottling line and that seemed to be part of the reason for ...

I had a Rogue Yellow snow, followed by a ST IPA. I found the ST IPA much more enjoyable and well rounded for a hoppy IPA.

i noticed the 8 packs missing yesterday... so i carried 8 bottles up to the front and they proceeded to use 5 bags (4 small into 1 larger one) to pack up my beers. is it that much cheaper to use the bags? i imagine its much more of a pain in the ass for the worker having to do this too. I've had th...

Picked up a full case of #9 from the Cool brewing store last night, looked like there was quite a bit in stock, but you may still want to call ahead. And if you're in the area, Black Oak and Great Lakes are within 2-5min drive of each other.

Sadly, keg only I think.

Too bad, this is one brewer I don't get to try enough of, and I tend to be drinking more at home than not these days!
