A trip to Peterborough would be far more enjoyable than Cambridge, and it isn't as far. Have a look on the CAMRA website for info on pubs in Peterborough. After all, it is the home of the Oakham brewery..........I can just taste the JHB!!

.The North of England is the opposite. There they like a creamy head on top of their full pints, so many pubs now have a 22 oz pint to allow for foam atop the full pint. Thanks for the replies, guys, I have heard how good Buffalo is but I'll have to wait a while to cross the border as according to US Border Patrol, "I haven't been a Landed Immigrant long enough to cross the border". I arrived here from the UK in August, tried to cross the border to go to a friends i...

Because I am British..................

I would really like to see the following available over here:

1. Timothy Taylor's Landlord
2. Cains 2008 Celebration Ale
3. Harvestouin Bitter & Twisted

And non-british brews:

4. Any Brooklyn Brewery Ales
5. Any Sierra Nevada Ales

What is the likelyhood of any of these?

I am a newbie

Hey Guys, been reading this forum since I arrived in Toronto in August, it has helped me a whole load, not in the least to locate some decent bars and beers, but I was wondering if there is an easy way to import/buy UK beers and not to rely on the 'nazi state' LCBO? Are there any companies that woul...
