There is an option on the convertor to enable conversion of session files too: /processSessions[+|-] Would you like to convert the brewing session files as well as the recipes. Found this which converts promash recipes to beer XML

http://outofkey.com/promash-file-converter/

Just run it against a directory and will convert all the files it finds.

On past orders they have said the same (up to 6 weeks), but usually ends up being 1-2 weeks to get to Kitchener/Waterloo area.

We brewed a maple ale last year that turned out well, with good maple character. We used Canada #3 dark maple syrup, which I think was key, as its much stronger tasting. Purchased from a Mennonite booth at a local farmers market.

One thing I have learned about dryhopping is that it must be done at room temperature (say 18C). If you dry hop at serving temps, you only get a very grassy unpleasant character. I am also interested in hearing others experience with putting the hops in bags, tea balls, etc. vs putting them in loose. I worry that when they are confined, only the outside hops are actually providing anything. At one point I picked up some pantyhose that was suggested to use as a type of filter...
