Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
new PRINCESS WEARS GIRL PANTS LCBO 419762 | 473 mL can Price: $ 5.25 I wonder if that's a new highest price point for a tall boy can at the LCBO. I also wonder what this will taste like. I had two rather different versions of it on tap in the last year and change. One was meh and the most recent on...

I'm also enjoying the goose IPA. An enjoyable tasty drink for when you just want to throw a few back and not think too much. Also probably safe enough to offer to your "normal beer" drinking friends

Re: Bellwoods Bounty Hunter
I agree completely. Picked up 2 bottles in early March. This is what I said in a previous post in random reviews. I'm in no hurry to have the second one, may end up trading it Away Bellwoods Bounty Hunter A delicious drink, and dangerously easy drinking for the abv,but i'm struggling to really pick ...

Re: What're you drinking right now?
Smuttynose imperial stout. … I find the finish to be almost red wine-like tannic and there's a lot of heat. I know it's 10% and all, but wow. Might benefit from leaving the bottle open in the fridge for a few hours to mellow out, or just close a bottle part empty and leave it in there for a day. I ...

Re: What're you drinking right now?
Smuttynose imperial stout. I'm up in air about this one. I love the mouthfeel....and it smells great, coffee beans, dark chocolates, anise seed and leather. The taste doesn't live up to the smell IMO. Nice coffee flavour and a little bit of citrusy hops, however I find the finish to be almost red wi...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Is it me, or is SN PA not worth the bother? I've had it numerous times in the US and never come away impressed. Maybe 5-10 years ago it would have been something, but now with GLB, muskoka and others pushing the IPA limit, it always struck me as a pedestrian beer...? I'd agree with this. I've had i...

Best Bargains
After picking up a few cans of great lakes canuck today at lcbo, I was thinking about how great(relatively) a deal it is. Awesome tasting beer at a (relatively) good price. We all know which beers are extremely overpriced for shit tasting garbage, but thats another issue. Got me to thinking....what ...

Headstock I havn't had this in a long time(probably about 2 years)...not sure why. It tastes different to me, not necessarily in a good or bad way, just different. Maybe it's me, I dont know. The smell is different for sure, the one thing I remember about it before was, as soon as cracking open the ...
