Toss me into the pile that received (or didn't receive) a broken bottle. After seeing so many bottles recieved I went down to my local LC to ask if it had come in yet when they, very nervously, explained that it broke in transit. Im a little disappointed that they've known for a while and instead of...

Bought one of these before all the negative reviews on here happened, so I thought I'd give it a shot and truthfully, I gotta say I disagree with what most people wrote so far.... at least that was my inital thought when I first smelled it, but then I took a sip and it turns out everyone here is pre...

I totally hope they do revamp their beer line up at the Red House. They're awesome guys and they're doing a splendid job. I was using them in the original post not to put them down, rather, to build the Brooklyn up because I do really enjoy the Red House.... and the Welly is pretty good too, now tha...

The Brooklyn (Kingston)

Stopped in last weekend and thought this place was awesome. 14 taps of great beer. Lots of seating, lots of people and a Ms PacMan machine by the bathroom. Despite the number of bodies it was very easy to get a beer. Definitely the coolest bar to drop in Kingston in quite sometime... and yes, I've b...

Stopped in at the Loon last night and Scotty Still had some pouring, luckily. Awesome beer. Huge roastiness, creamy mouthfeel, and a hint of smokiness. Later this week I'll probably crack into one of my bottles from last year to see how they compare.

I got a 4-6 week time frame, but that's for Ottawa... the way distribution works here, I'll be happy to receive it before March...

I got a busy signal for the first 10 or so tries then got through. There was about a 10 minute wait on hold then I placed the order... If you count the last 2 years that I missed out on this I guess I waited 730 days and 10 minutes  I thought this was a 1 per person limit? If not I would have ...

Tried this one on tap the other day and thought it was actually quite nice. Interested to see how it will translate in the can.

Favourites were the Sartori, Dragon Series, Fully City, and Pumpkin Wound Had the Plaid Dragon at the brewery in February earlier this year when I was out there and it was fantastic. Great people and hopefully we start to see some more from them in Ontario! Sipped on some tasty beers from Ashton Br...

The problem I see is that Beaus, despite their size and sales force, still only has wide distribution for a few core beers. So many of their other great beers barely make it out of the Ottawa region (or even the brewery). I'd guess they would want to correct that before taking on more responsibilit...

At Brothers Beer Bistro they're tapping a cask of this later today. If there's any left tomorrow when I'm there, I'll give it a shot.
