Was it ever determined what happened with the unearthly from last year, as far as the alcohol level? If I remember correctly, the lab report came back at about 6-7% while ST was claiming closer to 11.

Just curious if it was ever determined whether it was an error on the LCBO or ST side.

A new LCBO opened in Cambridge yesterday, boasting to be the "largest in the region, sixth largest in Ontario", blah, blah, "with an extensive choice of wine, spirits and beer". Well, I stopped in today, and ya, it's big, but the beer selection was terrible. Not a single thing f...

Is there any advantage either way, of using the slotted copper tubing and mashing in a cooler (as grub is doing, and as my friends and I have been doing), versus a stainless braid system like that easy mash system? or a false bottom in our converted keg?

I would be happy to see one store in each region that could carry a special section of craft beer. If the large purchase requirements are what is stopping them from carrying more products, especially from brewers they already deal with, then maybe this would help. Though having something with a sele...

Is this only available from the brewery directly? Any options for getting some in southern ontario without making the 5 or so hour drive? For regional products from breweries like this, will the LCBO do a store to store transfer if you order a full case? And if they don't carry it, anyone know if yo...

Ticket for Dark Lord Day available

I purchased a ticket for Dark Lord Day with hopes of making the trip this year, but its just not going to work out. Ideally, if someone is heading there, I would be willing to trade the ticket for one or more bottles of Dark Lord (and would pay the cost of the bottles minus the $10 cost of the ticke...

Do you have a list of the amarone wines that were drastically reduced?

Great deal on the unibroue products, will have to pick up some more 750ml to age.

I finally finished putting together my kegorator yesterday, and not having any homebrew currently, purchased a corny keg full of grandriver IPA. Enjoyed several glasses throughout the evening.

What was the price before Jon? I just grabbed some Un Earthly from R&R (picking it up today), leftover from their consignment order, at $100/case. That can't be right, I paid $79.32 a case. I could be wrong, but I am fairly sure the $79.32 from the private order does not include taxes and bottl...
