I've always found the Rochefort 10 a little too upfront with the booze. I've got about half a case left with 4-5 years on it, and it's starting to mellow out. Fresh, I don't really like it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the first solo appearance of a St. Bernardus beer at the LCBO. Going back 15+ years I only remember giftpacks. They definitely picked the right one.

I think a good aptitude test for LCBO employees would be to stand them at the cash register, put down a bunch of mixed DdC beers, and see how many of them can figure out that they're different beers with different prices. If it happened once, I wouldn't give it a second thought, but I've been mischa...
