Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

I agree. Very comparable with prices for similar products that I have seen (and paid). The only fair comment might be that it is an unproven product, but in that case just buy 1 bottle.
I read that as just buy 1 case. 8)

Back to the release... For me this one is a bit disappointing overall. 4D is awesome, Bridge Burner seems interesting to me as does the 8 Wired IPA. After that, this release doesn't do much for me. Yup, totally agree. This Euro-heavy release reminds me of a wine tasting I was at a few weeks back. I...

It's pretty [...] risky to have a brewery that's really catering to people who really like quality beer I really wish people stopped saying this, because it perpetuates a truism that just doesn't seem to be true. It just isn't risky in Ontario anymore; Bellwoods sells beer hand over fist, Amsterdam...

I've had some Gueuze that make me believe some people have a biological intolerance to the sheer acetic power of some 'good' super lambics. Just to be a total douche, but it's usually not the acetic acid that dominates gueuze; there is about three times as much lactic acid as acetic acid and it is ...

I've let my dad and my brother try some Cantillon bio-lambic. funnier than a Buckley's commercial. Right I see now what you mean, it is this beer (Ruth) you meant to compare my notes to, not the first beer made by the company which was the Adam style or of course the later Freds that came out. And while I have not had Ruth, I can see that it could have a similar combination of rich malt and hopp...

X Ale: on draft at Albion brewpub in Joliette, QC, brewed to an 1830 London recipe. This blew away almost every beer I've had in the last year. A great beer with emphatic flowery hopping yet rich at a fairly low attenuation, English-tasting in the best possible way. The Albion, housed in a charming...
