Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Well, I'll actually buy some
Harvest ale again this year then, after boycotting their practices over the past 18 months or so. I do(did) enjoy that beer before they priced themselves out of my thinking

Very tropical, love thT sorachi hop. Easy drinking and refreshing. I'd say this is the best Wellington product I've had Peche morte...

Re: What're you drinking right now?

Death valley IPA. I'm finding it really really bland.....like almost macro-bland. There seems to be some sweetness to it, but thats really all i'm getting. I had 2 pints of goose island IPA at the bar, then the second half of a bottle of bellwoods hellwoods when i got home, now drinking this and ge...

Re: What're you drinking right now?

Pommies farmhouse cider which I quite enjoyed.

DDC route des epices, which was delicious. Really picked up the rye and peppercorn. Although it was very much tasting like a wee heavy to me, not a red ale.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

So stop blaming the breweries for what you consider to be laughable pricing, etc., OCB-haters. They're only responding to what their sole viable distributor insists on. I think you're correct in some ways, but pricing in Ontario is terrible all around. Breweries like oast house and Bellwoods that o...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

LOOOOOL at Sawdust City! LOL I say! Are they insane? LOL! Really just LOL at most of the OCB all day fucking long. Outside of GLB, they are all pretty much out of their minds. Don de Dieu at $6.95 for a 750ml is how you do it! World class beer at an everyman's price. 100% agree with the Unibroue co...
