It looks like I will be spending quite a bit of time, back at McMaster hospital. Any insightful hamilton peeps out there know any decent pub/bar within walking distance of the hospital??

Harvest ale again this year then, after boycotting their practices over the past 18 months or so. I do(did) enjoy that beer before they priced themselves out of my thinking

The Stewart cauld reekie should be good. I had quite a few Stewart beers in Edinburgh last year and all were good. I'll buy this

Kronnenberg- a sample from a rep @ work. Haven't had this for years.... Much worse than I remember. Wellington EE-II-EE-II-oh farmhouse IPA. this is really really good. Pommies farmhouse cider which I quite enjoyed.

DDC route des epices, which was delicious. Really picked up the rye and peppercorn. Although it was very much tasting like a wee heavy to me, not a red ale.
