I think there are far better beers brewed that are way easier to access than Lugtread. It's still a nice beer but certainly not the best one brewed in Ontario. IMO

Flying Monkeys Super Collider DIPA

Another great beer from the crew in Barrie. I recommend seeking this one out. It might be hard to get but it sure is worth it. Great lacing, copper in color. The hops really come through taste wise. I'm not sure if my nose isnt working properly but I find it a little more malty than hoppy smell wise...

Super Collider. A real treat having this one especially in Sudbury. Hardrock 42 keeps getting better and better.

Pretty much 8 years ago. I was 18 just moving in to a new house. Me and my friends were renovating and we notice a little shelf along the wall going to the basement. I said it would look cool with different empties. So we started drinking anything and everything from the LCBO and TBS. Not sure what ...

It's not a bad beer but I wouldn't consider it great or worthy of all the hype it got in this release. I like Rogue and most of the beers they make, solid yes but there's way better stuff out there in pretty much every style they brew in my opinion. I do really love the Chocolate Stout but I haven't...

Soo Brewing Company 223 Portage (I think Portage is the street name, if not it's pretty much directly across from the Ramada downtow)  open Tuesday to Saturday Noon till 11pm. Don't know what they have on tap but it looked pretty nice inside, all the brewing is done in the front where you would be a...

Theres a new brewery in the Soo. It's closed Sunday Monday and those happen to be the two days I'm here. I'll post the address tomorrow when I'm sober and walking around downtown. It's pretty much across from the Ramada. Looks nice inside, they have T-Shirts on display, I'm pretty sure they said Sau...

The Clothbound Cheddar? If so, it's so much like munching on a raw spud..........in a good way.
That's the one. It's one of my favorite cheddars so far, almost as good as Montgomery's in my opinion.

Just had a delicious cheddar from PEI I think it's called Avonlea and it paired well (to my surprise) with a Black Licorice Lager from Shorts.
