One way to read that as implying that they should get stuff from suppliers dirt cheap, and mark it up even more to maintain the retail price. I think that's the only way to read that... Well the batch is in the fermenter, and unless I read my hydrometer incorrectly (which there is a good chance of) I somehow got an SG of 1.800.
