Buddy was talking to LCBO employee last night and said he saw a new listing in the system for four packs of London Pride and London Porter much like Boddingtons and Guiness. That makes sense. That seems like a good move. When I see Fuller's go through a cash it's generally a bunch of them in a cart.

The Kernel Biere de Table. Amazingly without taste. Almost like tonic water, with a slight yeastiness taking the place of quinine. At 4.3% this could be deadly.

That is a tall order in Hamilton, as good taps and TV's seem not to co-exist here. The Ship and Judge (Augusta) and Brain (John St. N) don't have TV's. I hear really good things about Tavern on George (George St., just off Hess) but I haven't made it there myself and don't know about their TV situa...

So I got home on Friday after a great week revisiting old favourites and discovering new ones in London. Overall impression: craft beer is really surging. There is always a focussed craft beer bar within a 10 minute walk. This is both good and bad. The English are producing some great craft beer but...

Hey guys,
Unexpected trip to Hamilton tomorrow, staying at the Homesuites at Main and Bay. Any suggestions nearby with a good tap list and some hockey on TV?

This reminds me, Vintages has the 2011 Vintage Ports online. Supposed to be a cracker. I picked up a bottle of Warre's and Taylor Fladgate as an anniversary gift for my wife.

More to avoid any batch of wine possibly used for pagan worship, such as pouring some out on the ground (yeah it's an ancient rule). This is why today only an observant jew must handle every stage of kosher wine production. The relevant point being that unpasteurized kosher wine in Israel is more n...
