Hops are a commodity. The big brewers hedge their bets by buying futures and contract for large amounts. That said, even they will have to pay a lot more. Its just that they use so little...

Be prepared to pay more...period. Malt is slated to increase by 50% in the coming year. Hops, for example Cascade, went from $2.60 U.S.per pound to around $12.00 per pound, if you can get any!

The a.b.v is 5.2%, the IBU are 40 and. O.G.: 1.055 F.G.: 1.016. Malts: Marris Otter, Carapils & amber.
Hops: 100% Hallertau Mittlefrüh. The beer is completely unfiltered and unfined.

I am just putting the final touches on the Perry's Atomic Punkin' today. It smells and tastes like pumpkin pie...with cascade hops. Alcohol is 6% and it should be around 50 IBU.
