Brian told me it's a tweaked recipe, it's been so long since I've had the Twisted Spruce that I can't compare them directly.

He said the Lion Grass is performing much better at the LCBO than the Twisted Spruce ever did though

Picked up a couple 6's at the brewery last weekend, a very honeyish Scottish style ale, but finishes dry. Not a spruce bomb by any means, but it is noticeable in the aroma

If the bar has a patio on public land (such as a permit from the city for a piece of the sidewalk) then I have no problem with the ban. Brewed a DIPA clone recipe, that involved a 4 cereal mash, and it has come out far too viscous, and the rye-cascade combo seems overpowering. Thinking of adding some water, but have never done that to a finished beer. Any suggestions?
