The Bar Towel

I was at the Brewery on Friday. Did the tour and came home with some. Excellent as usual! My wife was working in Barrie that day so it was great knowing I had a DD for the drive home!

I had the Spruce beer over the weekend and really enjoyed it. I found the molassas really comes through with a hint of something else, which I would put down to being the spruce.

I had bought three and drank 1. Might pick up a few more.

I like Wychwood Bah Humbug. A nice tasting beer and I do like the sentiment of the name.

I like how Wvrst has a large white board near the windows, showing their beers, specials and the date the draft lines were last cleaned. More places should show that.

Draughts look pretty standard except for the BLANCHE DE CHAMBLY. Bottles are more interesting. I like the 99 cent pickled eggs. Takes me back...

Also it depends on what I find available while there. There will also be dark rum coming home that we can't get here.

I'm going to be in Nova Scotia next week and was looking forward to having this fresh on tap along with their Imperial IPA. I did notice their website still lists the Hopyard though.
