Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Maybe it's a hoax - I was at Cooper Street last night, and the guy thought I was insane - never heard of it, he looked and there's nothing there. Poo. They have them at the Mill Street brewery at the Distillery. Why not cut out the Middle Man? Visit our Craft Brewer dudes & sample a few brews y...

The Bathurst store said Sleeman never lets Unibroue ship any mixed packs to Ontario A**holes! I knew this Sleeman thing was a bad thing. I'd hardly take the word of a Beer Store employee in a situation like this. Any time I've purchased a Unibroue mix pack at my local BS, it's taken them 10 minutes...

Wow, awesome Peter. Will have to think about getting some 10 - honestly never tried it, may have to swing by Volo for a taste.

The Blonde was unusually tasty the time I had it.

Thank you.

The Bathurst store said Sleeman never lets Unibroue ship any mixed packs to Ontario, so the fancy picture on the Beer Board is just there for show, apparently.

The picture sure is nice! 8) Thanks anyway.

No, I prefer the title "Godly Beer Stud Man." That's just me, not my beer knowledge.

I often go by there for lunch & I'll sample the Kerstmis if it's on.

The BW is good stuff, the '04 seemed a little more interesting but that's comparing a brand new to an eight month old, not fair really.

during the whole cross-border shopping craze, so I'd be going with my Mom and Sister, and we'd go down, spend probably $500 at the outlet stores, and then come back lying our a$$es off and hope to not get caught... Been there. Well, if you at least dispose of ALL packaging & tags, scuff the sho...

Yes, there's nothing like high of being waved through the border when they've got you for tax and duty items. I bet they hate calculating tax and duty for a complicated list of mixed items - all at different ABVs, volume and cost. I dont' recall seeing any Dog Fish Head... I've got a minivan, seats ...

I just found the ratebeer trumpeting a bit irrelevant to OF's comments in this case, not necessarily an attack but then is it really on point. I did think OF made a few balanced points avoiding the "easy shots" at Steelback, and that takes something more. Credibility is more than consensu...

After reading the above responses, I’m quite certain this site is for beer snobs only. Hi. Yes and no. Bartowel might be a little much for those who want to take all things as the same. Distinctions on the other hand are not only kinda interesting but they add something to the appreciation of life ...
