There's a little bit more info up on the Volo website: http://www.barvolo.com/caskdays.htm The page says "12 Brewers", but there are 13 listed... :-? Was at Volo last night, the explination is that Denison's Dunkel will be available aged in a wooden barrel, but not technically a cask ale....

Oof topic, but I had a Unibroue St. Hubert while staying in Quebec recently... Much better than the food. :lol: Possibly, but it would be hard to say the GENERAL food quality is bad in Quebec.
