This is a world-class saison. Price is higher, unfortunately, due to high shipping costs.

While i was unable to attend the sneak peak on Thursday night, I am very much looking forward to BH3 opening.
Between BH3 and the Only, you're going to have a solid tap and bottle list within a 5 minute walk of one another.
I can also tell you that the bottle list will make these bars a destination

4-5 years' age = Westy 12. It is excellent at year 4, but, in the past few years, the batches oxidize really quickly and can be unpredictable. Still not worth $15+/bottle for it.
