Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Just a head's up, but this beer is vastly different in bottle form- I found the alcoholic warmth to vastly overpower the rest of the flavours. In contrast, the tap version was much more balanced with the citra flavours providing fruity notes complementing the tripel style. Enjoyed the tap version a ...

...And Volo has daily better lists than Boston Pizza. What's your point?

Summer release is regularly the weakest of the year, but it's still improving.

Probably not, for it to be bottle conditioned you would look for terms such as "Ale on lees/yeast" or "Bottle Re-fermented" Candi Sugar can be used for bottle conditioning but is likely to be used to add alcohol without increasing body, and beer will always have yeast unless its...

Then again, is there a R and R beer in this release? Maybe it's yet to come? Brewdog is R+R It's been a while but I don't remember being crazy about that beer... Last time it was here, I'm fairly certain it was the best IPA available at the LCBO. This time around, it'll have its fair share of compe...

What? Cuvee Renee was part of the release last summer.

Prediction: Mikkeller doesn't show up. In terms of releases, it always seems to be smaller European breweries who slip through the cracks.

So, if I'm following, there are beers sold in deps that aren't brewed in Quebec. But they are imported by companies which brew in Quebec. Nice loophole. Don't think so- I'm fairly certain these "imported" beers are brewed in QC. Although someone raised the point that St. Sylvestre beers g...

Since they already use cranberry for the Stout, I'm hoping they don't go Cranberry Wheat that way, although I could see it working in a Wit along the lines of DDC's Rosée (might have to try that for a homebrew) I'll put my prediction on a doppelbock though I seem to recall them talking about a dopp...

I think the 4-pack format is extremely impressive. In a province like Quebec, where stringent testing is not mandatory, they can pump out new 4-packs without changing the packaging. Personally, it seems to expedite the process, as DDC has many new offerings available each year.

There is. Also, it is right near the Lebreton bus station, which is accessible by a lot of lines.
