I wouldn't say Sudbury is doing just fine. There's always room for growth and improvent (that goes for any business). A large number of taps at Hardrock are very similar/bland beers my opinion of course. The Buddha has great bottle selection but it is mostly all stuff that I can purchase or order fr...

Should be fine cellaring for years and years. I've had many around the 8 year point and they have been fantastic. They smooth out and become more mellow. More barnyard character than anything.

No offense taken at all Jeff. It does really suck not having good local bars, I feel your pain. Brampton is really a sad place when it comes to beer, my old girlfriend went to College in Brampton so I know exactly where you are coming from.

And I don't work there, after reading my last two posts about the place it sounds like I'm advertising for them hahaha. Just happy to have a few places to drink good beer without having to order from the L.C.B.O or driving down south for the weekend.

Haven't stopped by the Hardrock in a awhile (too long actually). This is now the best place to go for a good pint in Sudbury. Tap list keeps getting better $5.75 for a 20oz Spearhead pretty good price in my opinion. The bottle selection is getting better as well but The Laughing Buddha still wins in...

Probably more of a marketing stunt more than anything. I highly doubt it makes a huge difference, if any at all wether it's poured in one shot or three steps.

Was in the Sault over the weekend, didn't have a chance to make it to the brewery but it looks like they are doing great, place was packed on a Saturday. Couldn't make it do to the fact there was a large group of us and we had to make our tee off time at Bay Mills. Had time to pick up some beer at t...

If you go to any bar, restaurant or anywhere serving alcohol in Ontario they MUST have serving sizes and prices available to the customer. It is a liquor law, if they don't you can always complain and tell the manager you will be contacting the local liquor inspector.

Picked up 12 today, loving every sip. Liberty is/was one of my regular purchases at the LCBO and I'm so glad to see it back and in six packs to boot!

I'm honestly happier buying Anchor Liberty over anything made in Ontario, (exept maybe Crazy Canuck) and yes I know these aren't IPA's. But the brewers here are definitely moving forward. Fresh Smashbomb on tap is delicious.
