Zoiks! Hahahahaha, posted from iphone. No idea they'd be that big (twss).
Shelving units are being investigated. But that cellar is only 5' tall. Ideally I will drink most of it before new years.

Yeah I've had aged bottles that were incredibly good. I could do with some well-aged Westmalle Dubbel, that is a beer that will not die. Wonder if we'll see it again at Elsie B.O.? i'm going to Buffalo on Tues and will likely grab some of the big bottles of the dubbel. it is bloody great. and the t...

High praise and deserved, in my opinion. There are other amazing breweries that you may not have heard of: Witch's Hat, Odd Side, Sherwood.... etc. At the very least, they are the state's new darlings. I recommend the brisket and mac'n'cheese (and the rabbit sausage if they still have it on the menu). - LOCAL OPTIO...

Have lunch, a couple brews, and take a boatload home with you. Quite possibly the best brewery in the state you've never heard of. And if you ha...

late to the party
Hey fellers, Took me awhile to get my BT access, but now I am here and excited to see and hear from local guys into craft beer. For the longest time I thought I might have been the only one. ;) Then I nearly got shut out of the new Flying Monkeys Chocolate Manifesto as there are other hoarders in th...
