I want to try and brew a heady topper clone but I can't seem to find hop shot or any other hop extract anywhere in Canada or a shot in the us that carries it that ships to Canada. Any Ideas anyone?

Regarding the Rochefort - Amazing deal. I bought a case earlier for long term cellaring. Anyone know what these generally sell for in Buffalo? I seem to remember them being atleast $4 or so in Michigan stores. I think they go for six or eight bucks, retail- and bars often the same menu price, since...

How do you folks store your excess hops, pellets or whole leaf? In the freezer? The fridge? Do you go to the lengths or re vacuum sealing? I've got a load leftover from a dipa i brewed yesterday and Want to preserve them as best I can.

Very true dwt.... like I said, I'm sure you'd get 'some' solid answers...and some people working at TBS may legitimately feel that one particular macro beer is the best thing there, good on them. I do wonder if TBS employees get to sample new beers that arrive? Do they do tastings of different beer...
