More just annoyed of how "for profit" everything in the beer scene (more so in the US than up here) has become in the past few years. It's no longer about having great beers (glasses in this instance) and sharing these for a lot of the Johnny-come-latelies, it's about making a quick buck o...

Looks pretty, but in the end, needs to be some great beer and (considering they have a full kitchen) good to very good food to gain any of my interest. I'll wait until more reviews come out on this.

I can offer some American Stouts or Sours in trade.

Thanks
Ha! Drank mine late last year. Not a great beer by any stretch but I can see why you'd want it...

Had a bottle of J343MY's "Barncat Artisan Ales Janky Yuzu Saison" - described as Saison brewed with Yuzu juice & Zest. Conditioned on French oak and Ontario Chardonnay with multiple strains of brett. Dry hopped with Motueka & Nelson Sauvin. Stemmed from a sarcastic comment I made ...

Did BIAB and Etre about a half dozen times total. About a 67% success rate. 4 I got were fantastic, but probably pissed away ~$500 on the two that didn't make it through.

YMMV.

Bellwood's Witchshark...best Ontario DIPA? Personally, I prefer both Robo Hop and Boogie Monster, but you can't go wrong with any of the 3! I'd go with 10 Bitter years too. All great beers though, amazing how Ontario has progressed in that area. 10 Bitter Years has been consistently disappointing. ...

^ Sorachi Ace sounds pretty good, I'll for sure try to get a few. Bottle re-fermented saison with champagne yeast. I like the sound of those rare hops, added post fermentation; overall flavor 'lemon curd' effect. Would this keep a year or two or are the hops that fragile? I've had this fresh and ag...
